Why were extra reward points debited when I had already applied a voucher of the bill value?

Pay with Rewards is a points + pay platform. Hence in all our transactions, it's mandatory to choose a reward points program to complete your payment. The bill amount will be adjusted from points balance & available voucher balance. In case any amount of the voucher is left unused.


please submit a ticket at Twid Support: https://support.twidpay.com/support/tickets/new for providing you a new voucher of the balance amount.if the the earned reward points are not credited after the mentioned timeline.
